By purchasing from Ems Extensions, you agree to our terms and conditions. Customers may choose to create an account to manage their orders and save delivery details securely. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all account information, including shipping addresses, is accurate and up to date.
All orders are processed within 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, and are shipped via FedEx with an estimated delivery time of three to seven business days. A flat shipping fee of £2.99 applies to every order. While we work hard to ensure that your order reaches you promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or errors in the information provided at checkout.
Returns and refunds are only available in the case of a confirmed quality issue. Any request for a return must be made within seven days of delivery, and products must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Refunds will not include original shipping charges, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please note that we do not provide warranties or guarantees on our extensions. The care and maintenance of the hair after purchase are the sole responsibility of the customer. To protect your investment, we encourage you to follow the recommendations outlined in our Aftercare Guide.
