Refund policy

We take great pride in the quality of our products, and customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to hygiene regulations, we can only accept returns or exchanges where a genuine manufacturing or quality issue has been identified. Customers must notify us of any concerns and if eligible send their return within seven days of receiving their order.


To be eligible for a return, items must remain unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. Hair extensions that have been opened, fitted, worn, or tampered with cannot be returned under any circumstances. If your return request is approved, you will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds will only be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
